Ben began working at NPower as a Technical Intern. In 2007, he received his Bachelors Dregree in Computer Information Technology from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis.

Before coming to NPower, Ben performed drafting work for an Indianapolis engineering company. While working there, he would also help troubleshoot the computer issues of his co-workers.
